ABOUT US

Our hospital has been serving as a private branch hospital since 2001.

İstanbul Göz Hastanesi located in Bahçelievler can be easily accessed from Yeşilyurt, Florya, Ataköy, Bakırköy, Şirinevler, Bağcılar, Güngören, Avcılar. It is 500 meters from the İncirli Metrobus Stop and 7 km from Atatürk Airport.

It offers service for the members of all private insurance institutions, banks and Social Security Institution (SSI, Bağkur, Pension Fund and Public Officers).

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • As Istanbul Göz Hastanesi, we expect you to help us to perform the following important points that will provide the most appropriate service to you and your relatives.
  • When you apply to our hospital, we expect you to provide our physicians and other healthcare workers with complete and accurate information about your eye problem.
  • We expect you to share with us any issues that you feel unclear and are concerned about your treatment.
  • We expect you to follow the instructions requested and followed by our healthcare staff.
  • We expect you to comply with hospital rules and practices to create the most appropriate care environment.

RULES FOR VISITORS

1. Visiting hours are between 08:00 and 22:00 on weekdays and weekends.
2. Visitors must comply with the Visitor Policy posted in various locations.
3. A maximum of 2 visitors per patient will be accepted. In order to provide a controlled entrance and exit, the entrance and exit of the visitors will be controlled by the bed floor staff.
4. Care will be taken that the visits do not not to exceed 30 minutes.
5. Preliminary information about the patient's condition will be provided by the nurse on the respective floor. For the relatives of the patients who want to know the status of the patient, the physician of the patient will be contacted if required.
6. In cases that may be inconvenient for the patient, acceptance of visitors and child visitors is subject to the permission of the physician. This is reported to the patient's nurse. Information relating to visitor restriction is transmitted by the nurse to the patient visitor.
7. If the acceptance of food and flower to the patient rooms is restricted by the physician, it is explained to the patient and relatives by the respective nurse and is checked
8. If there is no medical problem after surgery, visiting is not restricted.
9. The patient's relative is informed about the status of the patient undergoing an operation by the physician / nurse.
10. For the patient's relatives who insist on visiting the patient outside the specified hours, the on-call physician directives will be followed without discussing them.
11. The first degree service nurses and physicians will be responsible for the applications relating to the visitors.
On-call nurses and on-call physicians will be in charge out of working hours. The above rules will also apply to daily hospitalization.

RULES FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

1.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hospital building.
2. In cases that may be inconvenient for the patient, acceptance of visitors and child visitors is subject to the permission of the physician.
4. Visitors should not bring any food or drink other than the advice of the patient's physician.
5. Accompanying persons should not be present with the patient during medical care and visits. Accompanying persons may assist the patient to the extent allowed.
6. Accompanying persons of pediatric patients should pay attention to the implementation of the Visitor Policy and should listen to the advice and recommendations of the physician and assist in the treatment.
7. If the patient desires food and drink outside those to be provided from the hospital, they may be provided from outside within the knowledge of his/her physician.
