In its 8-floor building established on 4500 m2; 365 days, 24 hours health service is provided with intensive care unit, service with 26 bed capacity, 4 operating rooms, further examination and treatment unit, 12 fully-equipped eye examination rooms, contact lens unit, cafeteria, x-ray and laboratory units. Besides the modern kitchen and dining hall, conference hall for 40 people with voice TV system is used for scientific meetings and in-service trainings.In ıstanbul eye hospital, patient is given the necessary information about diagnosis and treatment after examination and treatment alternatives are explained in details. In our hospital where all the interventions are professionally performed, procedures are carried out by related unit specialists with the most advanced technology of our century.

Our hospital, with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, offers qualified service to our patients over Turkish Physicians’ Association minimum wage rates.In the hospital providing service under academic conditions, pediatric eye and strabismus, cataract, glaucoma, retina, excimer laser, cornea, neuroophthalmology and contact lens units are present.Computerized vision area, Fluorescein and indocyanine angiography, OCT, NFA, photodynamics, cornea topography, pachymetry, ultrasonography, biometry, IOL master, Argon laser, YAG laser, CAM exercise, Hess screen and synoptophore devices are present in further examination and treatment unit.

Operating room is air conditioned with hygienic air conditioner central. In the operating rooms, there are eye microscopes with advanced technology ccd cameras mounted on the ceiling and operation ceiling lamps. Physicians can perform surgeries in a comfortable atmosphere with instruments and devices equipped with cutting-edge technology. Sterilization and preparation rooms are of enough capacity. Patient transfer is provided by keeping sterilization conditions at a maximum level.

Patient rooms are equipped with television, mini-refrigerator, patient bed with remote control, nurse call system, oxygen and vacuum systems. Also, service examination room is prepared for postoperative control examinations of patients. In the nurse desks present in hospitalized patient floors, computer terminal, drug store and nurse call system are present. Offices are fully equipped to provide all the services besides the needs like patient’s eating.In contact lens unit, lenses for treatment, cosmetic and esthetic purposes are present and procedures are performed under the control of specialist physicians.

In Excimer laser unit, detailed examinations of the patients are performed first. Then, patients suitable for treatment are meticulously chosen according to the results of examinations performed with sophisticated devices. Operations are performed in hygienic and comfortable conditions using the most appropriate technique determined by specialist physicians.
